As for the location so it is more than convenient. Being situated in the center of Kiev is a great advantage indeed. Infrastructure of the region is really nice. It is a governmental part of Kiev with rich people living there. The surroundings are very nice with all communications available. There is a prestigious restaurant "Lypskyi Dvorik" just by the building. So one should hurry up as this is the last unsold apartment!
