Well located, only 5 minutes walk from the beach of a charming small town on the Crimean coast. The studio has access to many amenities, including cafes and shops. At night, a walk along the sea front is well recommended. The town of Koreiz is actually a suburb of the beautiful Mishor resort place, which has all facilities (doctors, public transport etc) and this of course boosts rental potential.

During the day, lounge on the beach and at night, travel into Mishor and enjoy its vibrant nightlife. There are plenty of restaurants, parks and shops. Also, there a number of historic sites which are perfect to make a day site-seeing.
