The Crimean property for sale is located in Baidarskaya Valley, Usundzha canyon, Kolhoznoe village (elite area) in close proximity to a lake, horse sports farm and cottages of influential people from Moscow.

Building site is in progress on the plot of our neighbours and they advanced to house structure and stone fence.Really amazing. Road to the plot is asphalt and only 2 kilometers of last way is mountainous road (supposedly old Romanian road) with protection, stone fence at one side and rocky slope(vertical) at the other. Magnificent!

In the canyon on the one side of the road there is a river. Road is absolutely reliable and easy to access in the sense of that there's no traffic jams and supply for construction activities is simple.We can say that it is smoother then some of our general city roads.
