Annual land taxes due for properties in Ukraine
Many municipalities in Ukraine have been delayed in sending out this year's land tax bills to owners due to Covid-19 so many properties have not received their statement. We have received updates from a number of municipalities that they are now in the process of issuing land tax bills so if you're managing your own taxes please look out for yours.
It's important to ensure that land taxes are kept up to date to avoid penalties being added. In addition to penalties, unpaid taxes can create problems in future when trying to resell and can prevent transfer of ownership.
For those not able to sort their land taxes we are able to manage this on your behalf so please get in contact with us to discuss it.
